Church planting: xtreme Missions helps pastors plant churches across Romania and the Ukraine. These church plants are in cities that did not previously have a church of any kind. xtreme Missions uses groups from the United States to assist in these outreaches. The core staffing is from Romania and the Ukraine and works with xtreme Missions through the summer. Showing the Jesus film, summer long “kids clubs”, and outreaches to young people and adults are some of the ways used to start the church.

Ministry Teams: Through out the year xtreme Missions takes ministry teams to assist pastors and local churches in reaching the people of their cities for Christ. These ministry teams live in homes of people from the churches they serve. The teams lead church services, evangelistic outreaches to children, teenagers, college students, and adults. The teams use music, drama, English tutoring, and sports to bring people together to share the gospel. Evangelism is the heart of the ministry.

Training: xtreme Missions hires and trains high school and college students to work alongside their ministry teams and with the church planting pastors. This leaves the churches trained ministry people to continue the work when the American teams are not their.

Conferences: xtreme Missions partners with campus Crusade for Christ in Bucharest, Brasov, and Cluj to lead seminar driven conferences to students at the Universities in these three cities. There are over 430,000 college students in these in Bucharest, Brasov, and Cluj.

xtreme Missions Staff: Our staff works on a weekly basis with churches. They lead the youth ministry, plan camps and outings, lead discipleship groups and also head up the ministry to children.
